This competition level is for the newbie or beginner competitor who has just started training. *Typically for younger or beginner-level competitors, often from recreational schools, who train 1 to 2 hours per week across 1-2 styles or sessions.
INTERMEDIATE
3 to 5 Years of Training
This competition level is for competitors who have had more than 3 - 5 Years of training. *Suited for those training 3 to 6 hours per week, which may include multiple styles, technique classes, exams, and private sessions.
ELITE
6+ Years of Training
This competition level is for competitors who have had stage experience and competing at a high level. *For more experienced competitors with prior competitive experience, training at an elite level for 6 to 10+ hours per week.
